I used to be a semi-regular here years ago. I helped Ted put out the Ouch newsletter....I'm now in SC. And the really great news is that I have only had 2 episodes since 2004. I used to get them twice a year! But since I moved to SC in 2006, I have only had one episode!!! From twice a year, to once a year, to once every 3 years to... now it has been 5 years!!! I am now 50 years old...so it has only taken about 40 years!!! I hope everyone is having many more pain free days.

That's great news. Having just turned 51 I have decided that I've outgrown them and will not tolerate any further visits from the beasty. ;) Hoping the remissions just keep getting longer for you.
