well i got my 1st headache when i was 18 and ill be 25 in about a week so i've had for about 7 years now...i believe i started my cycle last week of may and i would get hit everyday and they were very painful...now i get them every 2 day and the pain is not that bad..does that mean my cycle is ending???

Or it might not.

If you've had CH for 7 years now, you would be better qualified than anyone else to answer your question.

In other words, it's different for everyone.

Mine gradually wind down, becoming less intense and less frequent until they disappear altogether. But that is by no means "typical". There is no typical.

Sometimes mine would wind down for a week or so then come and kick my a$$ all over again.There would be time when I thought I was cronic,but they went away without warning.Nasty things they are!
