Howz about letting us know what sort of treatments you're currently using - many here are finding some significant relief from CH these days thanks to pooled knowledge.

One therapy that wasn't being seriously considered much here 2 years ago, but is now making a splash with lots of CH'ers climbing on board, is a particular high dose vitamin D3 regimen for prevention.
