With most of the U.S. in the throes of record breaking temps and everyone, including me, about to melt...This pic of last January made me happy. ;D

Linda and Brew - you're both suffering from extreme heat exhaustion - quick, get into an air conditioned space!!!

Actually, looking at those pics, I think by body temp dropped by at least one degree! ;)

But then it is mid-winter and yesterday I was driving around, wearing shorts, with the air con on to keep myself a bit cooler.

AC is down for the 3rd time this month. CRAP!!!

Today was day 31 of temps being higher than 100....I don't know how much more of this I can take!!!

Come to NZ, it's about 40F, then add in wind chill and it's below 30. We are seeing record lows in many places. A few days ago Wellington (where I'm working during the week) hit the lowest temperature in over 70 years.

The heat isn't so bad if you got A/C you can sit in, but dang does it get hard keeping the temp in the house below 76 degrees! We need to get a 2nd a/c unit. :P

I honestly would take a snowstorm over severe T-storms anyday though. Those freak me out! :o
