It would be: when I tell people my headaches are the most severe pain known to man, and they reply with 'you're joking', they would be right.

I have a migraine this weekend, and the cluster I had yesterday morning was so strong it actually overwhelmed the migraine to a point that once the cluster stopped, I was migraine free for about an hour.

I know what your saying!   I've been doing the dance this weekend and I'm up now because I'm afraid to go back to sleep. 

I wish your wish too!

I hope  you have a speedy recovery and get to enjoy some PF time!

Unfortunately, I don't have PF time. Or much of it. I'm Chronic, not Episodic. Clusters are on average every 3 days. Also, between daily chronic headaches and migraines..., well, pain free if a pretty rare.

Although, things are getting better. Changes in meds, recent increases of topiramate, all helping to make life just that much more liveable.
