Vodka and ice will ruin your kidneys.

Rum and ice will ruin your liver.

Whiskey and ice will ruin your heart.

Gin and ice will ruin your brain.

Coke and ice will ruin your teeth.

Apparently ice is LETHAL!!! Warn all your friends: Lay off the ice!! Copy & paste this immediately, it can save a life! I'm giving up ice right now..

I heard somewhere that warmed ice is okay though and may even have some benefits

Fresh ice is fine. It's the frozen stuff that kills ya and should only be used for chilling beer.

Not to put to serious a note on this, but if someone puts ice down my shirt, you know, as a joke or something, the shock of the sudden cold will trigger a cluster. So I personally hate ice in some respects!

Ice bad. Vodka good.
