in some ways im glad cause i know how to treat but in other ways its a pain i feel so helpless when the pain comes on its like id rather just have my head explode to make the pain stop but then i remember that at the end of the pain is the bliss of no pain anyways thats my thoughts while im sitting here with an icepack on my head o2 on my face and rocking

Now the beast has a name, CH. Knowledge is your best ally against CH. Read everything on these boards, become your own best advocate. An educated CH'er hurts a lot less. We'll help you all we can.

Read, read, then read some more here, and then ask questions. You will find understanding followed by help, but you have to do the work yourself. If you wait for the Dr to cure you, you will be hurting a long, long time.
