Hey all I know this topic has been hit on before but I wanted to hit on it again lol! I have had tinnitus in my cluster side ear (right side) ever since my cycle in dec09. Just annoying and wanted to share. How many peeps have this?

If you seriously read on the causation of T you'll see that it's a disorder which is difficult to diagnose (re. causation). Not worth the effort until you get well into middle-age.

But I've never seen anything in the medical literature linking T and cluster.

If it would ease you, ask your doc for a referral for a diagnostic work-up.

Yup...got that one too....both ears. Not, nary, any connection I can relate to ch. Exposed myself to excessive noise, of varying kinds, for years...with the invulnerability of youth being preeminent. I am paying now....but it pales in comparison to ch...it just is...and is peripheral.... imho....

My tinnitus started just a few weeks before my CH started with a concussion.

It's annoying at times, but nothing to compare to a CH in any way.

Mine started when I started on Lithium as a prevent. Three distinct frequencies in the left ear and two in the right. Very distracting and irritating, but as has been said, nothing compared to CH.
