do any of you use cpap as a means for your highflow o2?

CPAP is pressurized room air, not pure O2. I've seen CPAP masks that had a fitting to which you could affix an O2 hose, but that's just supplementing the pressurized air with O2 - not anywhere close to the pure O2 we CH'ers need to abort an attack.

Short answer: No.
