I'm convinced that a lot of those were taken right here in Mcallen!!!  I can't believe what I see when I walk in Wally World  :o

I DETEST the wallyworld store nearest my house with an absolute passion!

Why you might ask?????

#1 - It is absolutely filthy - wear heavy duty shoes that lace up tight - otherwise your shoe will stick to the floor.

#2 - food items are still on the shelves way past their sell date

# 3 - cashiers cannot speak English, they know how to run the cash register and bag the stuff, but God forbid you ask a question - they have to call for the supervisor.

#4 the announcements over the loudspeaker are in Spanish BEFORE English

# 5 - the shoppers bring their multiple kids with them and let them run wild through the store.  It's playtime.

I could go on forever, but you get my drift.

I refuse to shop there and have made it known to the store manager who doesn't care.  He's happy because his store is filled with "other" shoppers like those in the pictures.

Not all Wallyworlds are as bad as mine is though.  There is one near my daughter's house that is truly a joy to shop at.  Clean, wide aisles, fresh meats and produce.  Nice place.

Mine?  The pits.

If you speak Spanish, fine but, how about putting English first in manuals and guides, and as you say here; over the PA systems. I shouldn't have to dig around to find our majority language.

Scary thing is I think I've actually seen a few of these people at the local Walmart!   Which is why I always try to avoid busy store times if I have to go there.  Early bird gets the worm and beats the crazies!

Truly LMFAO!!!! I can tell you that I am a Wal-Mart manager and these pictures are absolutely 100% authentic. As a matter of fact, the one sitting on the floor might be one of our associates on the job. Lol!

Looking at those pix makes me feel normal, thanks for the laughs  ;)

A blonde decides to try horseback riding, even though she has had no lessons or prior experience. She mounts the horse, unassisted, and the horse immediately springs into motion. It gallops along at a steady and rhythmic pace, but the blonde begins to slip from the saddle. In terror, she grabs for the horse's mane, but cannot seem to get a firm grip. She tries to throw her arms around the horse's neck, but she slides down the side of the horse anyway. The horse gallops along, seemingly impervious to its slipping rider.
Finally, giving up her frail grip, the blonde attempts to leap away from the horse and throw herself to safety. Unfortunately, her foot has become entangled in the stirrup, she is now at the mercy of the horse's pounding hooves as her head is struck against the ground over and over. As her head is battered against the ground, she is mere moments away from unconsciousness when to her great fortune.... Frank, the Walmart greeter, sees her dilemma and unplugs the horse.

LOL Barry!  Unfortunately for the nearby Walmarts here, they no longer have the kiddie rides. :(

Well, ya gotta admit - going to Walmart is cheaper than renting Netflex.. :)
