Hi to all...have been Demon free for alittle over 2 yrs,(longest break ever ;D) but now it started all over. Just got started mon,last week,with shadows .now up to 2 per night ,but after 25+ years of dancin with the devil,I know I am in for alot more :'(. Anyway ,just wanted to say hello again

Keep your powder dry and your 02 tanks full. Wishing you a short dance this cycle. Since you been away a while, go to the meds section, there's a thread called "123 pain free days and I think I know why." A daily vitamin/mineral/anti inflammatory regimen...all OTC stuff, providing a lot of relief for a lot of people.

I live in East Berlin...outside of York/Hanover. Thanks for welcome back. I picked up ALOT of great info last time. Like how to stretch out imitrex,man does that work on head AND wallet :)...also, I had tried O2 years ago from my grandmother,but it was the tubes in nose thing and did'nt work so I gave up on it. Then got here and found CORRECT way with non-rebreather and 15lpi..That was a Godsend. So far, still dealing with 2-3/nite and stray ones during the day so have 4 O2 tanks(1 in use,not running out in the middle) and 6 "shots" (aka 18 ;)) on the ready cause I know there's alot more comin and I want to kick his a** ;D
