I have been a clusterhead since 1983 and thought I was through them - not so. I am in the middle of a bad cycle right now and decided to document my battles in a blog - has anyone else done this?

        Nope,  but I do have an M-tank waiting for the next cycle.

Welcome to the board BBQ! Do you have an effective treatment regimen for your CH? Oxygen? Like Potter, on or off cycle, I have at least an E-Tank rigged up in the garage ready at a moments notice.

I've never blogged but keep a journal in my calendar of attack times, lengths, effects of abortives and prevents. I do it because my memory sucks and I have trouble answering even basic questions from my neuro without the notes!

Let us know what you're currently using, what works and what hasn't. The strength of this board is it's collective knowledge. Maybe we can give you something to take back to your neuro, maybe you'll throw a new tool out to us.

I've never blogged but kept a journal of my attacks like Guiseppi.  I figure I'm tortured enough when in cycle that I don't need to relive it again writing it out.
