Hello everybody! Long time.. It's now been three years since my last cycle, but now it seems that beastie is back for a visit.. the usual two months I expect. Quit smoking since last cycle so that might help some, and pushup regimé is reinstated whenever the hits come (Helped alot during last cycle) Got my best dancing shoes on [smiley=sgrin.gif]

It appears we all return ... over and over and over... I'm currently in remission... but never quit looking over my shoulder.... :D

Seems like this ain't your first rodeo, so to speak... Oxygen has been my go to for quite some time now and preferred by many around here.

Read all you can, things change over the years and you may pick up a trick or two unknown three years ago.

I try to hang around a little more nowadays, to lend a hand, or shoulder or advise or just to freshen up on what's new in the field of preventatives and abortives. 

Batch has been having good results with an Anti-Inflammatory regime, I'm giving it a swing myself even though I'm not in cycle.... Worth a try as a preventative.

I'm sure you know , plenty of help and advise here... keep your dancin' shoes on and the push ups will have you lookin' good in no time... ;D I used to do the push up thing to lessen the pain, then I got hooked up with Oxygen and demand valve.

Now I sit in one spot and fight the Beast that way, I've aged some.... (understatement) and don't think I could do the amount of push ups I used to.
