Title: Legal question about the StatDose Kit Post by Imitrex4Breakfast on Oct 5th, 2011 at 1:32am
If someone wanted / needed a stat dose kit with pen, is it legal to give it to them WITHOUT any medication (of course), or is that illegal ??

I should think whether or not anyone is interested in prosecuting would depend a great deal on the intended and actual end use of the product. If it's used in a homicide, or is discovered in a massive drug bust, and it got out that you are the central supplier, I suppose you'd have problems. If it's for someone who has a need anyway and just ran out, who would know or care? Kinda funny question, that. Blessings. lance

I'm not sure it would violate the law without the refill pack. No needle and no medication. Either way, if I were to send one, I wouldn't worry about it. -Dennis- |
