Hi Folks!- I am really, really well, not wanting to tempt Fate but I think age is helping. There has to be one advantage of ageing and losing hormones and I genuinely think having a better behaved  head is one of them- I wish it were for everyone
Controversially I think giving up smoking has helped too after being a very heavy smoker all my life
Yeh, I know, I know, Clusterhead smokers hate it when people say that but i really do think it is a factor.

Am the size of a barn now though as I replaced fags with a lot of food and wine ;D ;D ;D

So pleased to hear that 'The Beast' is behaving and.............. given up smoking  :o :o :o :o - well done.

Hope to see you next year (March) if the Regional Meeting in East Anglia goes ahead - possibly Cambridge.

Val  & I are grandparents at last (the problem being - we've got to travel all the way to Australia to see him - off at the end of October for a month)

Dyno-grand-baby is GORGEOUS! He is thinking "oh bloody hell ,not that burping business again, I'll belch when I'm ready" I am broody but as previously mentioned, too old for all that now so have a new hairy baby instead (a Jack/Yorkie cross fiend minx from hell who I love)

Giving up smoking after 35 years was hell but the anti-smoking drugs made all the difference. I highly recommend them whilst staying in bed and drinking codeine base cough medicine and wine for 3 days while the worst of the withdrawal happens. Not really a safe recommendation but worked for me.
