Well I just recived my first script of prednisone. It's almost 6 pm PDT and was informed that it could affect my sleep if I take tonight. I kinda wanna get this treatment going and start to nite. Any advise would be great.

Whatever the dosage, I've been told by my doc to take it all just once a day, first thing in the morning. Most closely simulates your adrenal gland production.
