Last night was just awful. It was the worst one I have ever had. No shadows, no warning what so ever. It was just there and suddenly I am rolling back and forth on the bed, I am squeezing my temples, hyperventilating, my body is shaking.... I am talking to myself and begging god to kill me.
I am actually drooling. Oxygen, ice pack, energy drink, sumatriptan. I can't see out of my left eye. I don't know if that was because I had the ice pack buried I to my eyeball or what that was about.
When I started feeling better I went in the bathroom. My face was white. Like a ghost!
I can't handle this anymore. I am doing everything the doc has been telling me to do. Called John Hopkins hospital and trying to get an appointment with their headache specialist.

Bonnie, I am so sorry for the suffering you're going through. Every one of us totally understands. Lets pray that John Hopkins can help you.

Thanks. I am really really trying to hang in there. it sure sucks. feeling better today just extremely tired. went to work anyway. going to bed and calling it an early night tonight. I hate the devil

Two years ago I was on the verge of calling Johns Hopkins and getting an appointment, even though I live nowhere near it. They do some innovative (experimental) stuff, especially with implants. i am sure they also offer traditional means of breaking the cycle, too. Praying for you, BonnieLee. Have courage. Keep faith. Well I talked to my neurologist today and mentioned the loss of eyesight during my last episode and his response was.... You probably literally froze your eyeball with the ice pack.

Called John Hopkins and the wait for an appointment is 6 months but I can fill out a form saying why I need to get in earlier and they will try to fit me in.

John Hopkins is only 45 minutes from here. I am up for any experimental anything at this point.
