THIS day...and every other one. Freedom aint free...I am one grateful civilian...for MY freedom...provided by the service of the men and women in the armed forces...past and present! Where do we find such? I dunno..but I consider myself a VERY lucky man...

A new museum opened today in my community by the Michigan Military & Historical Society. Ribbon cutting 11am.

The displays were emotional and exhilarating, putting you right there in the periods of war.

With the auto companies here converting to war production, a lot was also displayed of the home fires for the arsenal of democracy.

I had to run home for more money I bought so much, and a three year membership.

THANKS to all who served and are serving for protecting life. Without you, visions of the evil could have prevailed upon us and many throughout the world.
