I would like to start by apologizing to all of you for the lack of support. I only seem to come on here when I'm back in a cycle. Started this cycle off bad. Woke up at 3:00 with one on the left side. Then woke up again at 6:30 with one on the right. It wasn't the worst I have ever had but it is the worst start to a cycle I have ever had. So I have a bad feeling about this time around. I don't have any meds and never have. I have learned to manage pretty well over the years. I know some may be skeptical about me having cluster because I'm able to deal with the pain and that makes it sound as if its not cluster. Trust me it is and if there is one thing that I have learned from all of you its that every case is different. It does get old just dealing with it though. would love to try some sort of med I just don't want to end up taking buckets of pills.

Just felt bad about not being here for support while I was in recession and wanted to apologize.
