As you may remember from my post about 8 weeks ago, I decided to get off of Topamax, as I couldn't take the way the side effects hit me this time, after being on it for most of the last year. So far, I'm surviving, with quite a few hits, and some doozy hits during my typical 1-2AM. however, nothing horrendous, all managable with O2, Red Bull, and exercise and water. I finished the Philly Marathon, able to train without the constant exhaustion that comes with Topamax. I must admit, I have a lot of hyper moments when the HAs come on, and it's hard to do long distance and night driving, but all well worth it. I hope you are all surviving at least as well as I am, if not totally PF.
