Some tips that help:
lavendar - rub on your temples and around your eyes and nose to help relieve the sinus pressure and pain around your eye
zanax - helps keep you calm
taurine - 1000 mg a day
magnesium -1000 mg a day
water - drink lots
hot showers - get in a hot shower as soon as you feel one coming on

Welcome to the board Prnz! Glad you found some stuff that gives you relief. If the magnesium is helping, check out the post below, "123 pain free days and I think I know why" It's a daily supplement routine which includes magnesium, that's providing a lot of relief for people on the board. Glad you found us, are you a supporter or a sufferer?

Be careful mixing taurine and verapamil as both of them are calcium channel antagonists and the effect will be cumulative.

So if you're on verapamil, make sure you discuss with your doctor before adding taurine in quanitity. It's the same reason with people limiting energy drinks whilst on verapamil as they contain taurine too.

Peppermint oil on the temples helps me...
