Hi Guys,

I just found this site, having my fourth cycle in about 4 years. Just entered it 3 days ago, been in remmision for about 14 months. I really am hoping this cycle isn't bad / completely in my own head this time around. Anyway, I appreciate all the support. Good to know there is a community of people who have the same problem as me somewhere to support the problem. Thanks! :)

It is amazing to me how much it helps to just vent to people who 100% GET IT. you don't have to try to figure a way to explain the pain in a way they might in some small way get, but you know that everyone here is either having these headaches, had them, or loves/cares for someone who has them.

Here's wishing you PFDAN (pain free days and nights) and remember, this too shall pass. Live your life between the hits, and take proactive steps to control the hits. All the info you need is here (and, I have noticed, all new info will be here probably even before your DR sees it!)

Tell us more about yourself, how you treat your CH and ask away with questions. Collectively we've a huge amount of experience that can make a huge difference to the impact of CH on people's lives that people love to share.

Welcome to the board Dup. Glad you found us, when you get a chance give us a rundown on your treatment regimen. Maybe you'll drop a pearl on us, maybe we can give you some new ideas to run by the doc.
