You're obviously trying to tell us something...  I'm just not sure what that is...

Moreover, using the fire hose treatment and over 120 URL links are a turn off...  I'm sure there's a pony in that pile of links.  Think of the CH'ers trying to recover from repeated head-banging attacks... They're looking for answers, not an Internet reading assignment.

Can you boil it down to a single relevant theme then spice it up with a cogent link or two that supports your theme.

BTW, the UL for vitamin D(3) listed in the NebGuide link you posted is a bad example...  It's out of date...  The Food and Nutrition Board at the Institute of Medicine set the UL for vitamin D3 at 4,000 IU/day over a year ago... 

Even that daily intake of vitamin D3 is tragically low. The skin of a bathing suit clad adult can generate 10,000 I.U. of vitamin D3 when exposed to the UVB in direct sunlight in as little as 15 minutes at high noon...

Why do you include guests the opportunity to poll? 

My opinion is that if they don't register as a member to this site, they are not worthy of contribution. 

Also, why did you not include Hispanics, Blacks and Asians?

Gregg, guests aren't allowed to post (or poll)... at least that is what the settings in the admin area are set to.  If that's not the case and a guest did participate in a poll, please let me know so I can look into it.
