I figured it was time for me to pop in and say hello to old friends and new. I will post to the appropriate topics as soon as I have something positive to add. I am hopeful that many of you have found PFD's while I have been in hiding. :)

Welcome back Tanner! The newest rage around here seems to be the "Batch Regimen." A daily inti inflammatory regimen that's helping many. Go to the meds section and check out the thread "123 pain free days and I think I know why." Helping a lot of people, worth a shot. :)
