Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. 

I have since notified our advertising representative to discontinue the ad that claims the Headache Reliever stops Cluster Headaches. 

So sorry for any confusion this may have caused. I fully understand how this could come across as false advertising and why it would rub you the wrong way.  It would aggravate me too if I was in your position!

In any case, because you took the time to write us, we have been able to address an issue we were previously unaware of and will be much more careful about the language we use to describe this product in the future.   

I sincerely sympathize with your story and the struggles you've had to deal with throughout your lifetime. If it's ok for me to say, you seem like a very kind person and I really appreciate your apology -- just goes to show you have respect for humanity! 

Thanks again for making us aware of this issue.

The apology that she's speaking of;  I apologize for the harshness of my first letter to the company.. But I was pissed.. I explained to her how I could have order the product, than sued their arse off... but that why I have nothing because I don't go that route.. if I don't earn it, I don't take it...

Yea in my original letter I kind of forgot what my  mom taught me... STOP, THINK, COOL DOWN.. before replying... But upon doing those things (after the bullet left the gun :'( I did apologize..  ::)

Ruthie, what I meant was,  I liked that this woman pegged you as being kind and have a respect for humanity which I agree with whole-heartedly.   I wasn't saying anything about your being angry or replying in haste.
