So, during a cycle, evn when I am managing to manage pain very well and have times when there are no hits at night (for whatever reason; easy part of the cycle, taper working well, 02 kickin ass, prophelactic use of abortives, whatever) I find I am still exhausted during the day.

Anyone else just dead beat during a time during a cycle when things are going swimmingly well and you think you should be stylin?

Yes.

I can feel one bad day for the next several days.  Once good night's sleep helps but it doesn't cure things.  It take time to recover.

It almost seems that a cycle eats sleep, even when there is good sleep to be had.

I am soooooo tired at present! However I never get woken during the night by a hit. I am seemingly sleeping well (although often not as long as I would like) but still get incredibly tired.

I am relatively new to CH so at this stage I can't be sure that it is related. I guess I will have to keep an eye on how I feel over a number of cycles and see if the correlation with feeling tired is evident in the long term.

Fatigue is a trigger..what a bitch.
