Hi just wanted to know can cluster headaches kill you or cause a stroke or trigger something else that would?Some.one told me clusters headaches can't kill you itself is this true? Thanks for any info

CH itself is not a life threatening thing.  If it were, you can be certain there would be more research being done.

I've been told "no" by doctors, but like you I can't imagine why not. It seems a stroke would be a distinct possibility, and perhaps if you have an aneurism in the making, a full on KIP 10 would push you over the edge, but I haven't heard of it happening. Perhaps Bob J has some insights and will chime in. Tough question, but a good one. Blessings. lance

Never heard of a cluster headache killing anyone.  Have heard of associated suicide, death from the medications.  Can imagine it causing a heart attack or stroke (there have been times I didn't think my heart would up through an attack).

Was told by the doctor that cluster headaches themselves cannot actually kill you but the pain can cause people to kill themselves.
