Hello all once again. always good to have this site to read when afraid of going to sleep. I hate these things. My hits have been increasing in kip points and frequency this week and pattern besides regular nighttime hits been off as well. Somtimes think i increase my hits by just delaying them with my O2. Such a strange disease with such a mental and physical strain

Sorry you're back Brian. A couple of things:

Go to the med board and read the post "123 pain free days and I think I know why" It's long! It's a simple daily vitamin regimen that's been providing relief to an amazingly large number who try it. Cheap, good for you even if you don't have CH, worth a shot.

Have you tried the energy drink with the oxygen trick yet? I used to take an oral cafergot when I fired off the 02. 02 would kill the attack, cafergot would push the next attack many hours off. Someone on the board suggested I try an energy drink instead of the cafergot. Last cycle I tried it and it works as well as the cafergot without all the nasty cafergot side effects. I prefer sugar free red bull on the rocks! I just take a big swallow between breaths on the 02.
