I follow a twitter account called "What the F Facts." It is followed by over 3 million people. Usually it's just mildly amusing. Tonight I read the following (that over 3 million others read, too):

Cool. Whenever I mention cluster headaches to another person and they already know what I'm talking about... it always shocks me. I met another coworker who said he gets clusters, and my jaw dropped.  :o

Something was afoot and brewing last Wednesday somewhere.  Our ears were burning as a bunch came over to check us out.
