Haven't been on the board in a while, so I'm late on the uptake. Praying for him right now, and I'll make it a point to be back for updates.

Thanks to everyone. He is doing somewhat better, but it's going to be a long haul. He has been moved to LTAC in Nashville, an acute care facility.

They still don't know how much damage has been done to the brain. He still has blood clots and hsi carotid artery is still dissected, plus he's bleeding around his trach tube.

Jon fell out of a neuro chair and now has an subdural acute hemorrhage. He is scheduled for surgery in the morning.

This is not good.

It is 6:19 PM here and they just took him up to surgery about 30 minutes ago. We don't know how long it will take.

He made it through aurgery and is in stable condition. Effects unknown at this time.
