My wife uses them when the Santa Ana winds blow and play havoc with her sinuses. I haven't seen any CH'er report any effect positive or negative.

I've used one on occasion. Worked pretty well for getting all the snot out of my head. But it's an awkward feeling.

They are wonderful for allergies,colds (stuffy noses) we use them in our house for those reasons and love them.
