hmmm I was really hoping I'd grown out of them  :P but the last two mornings I've been woken by the beast.  Oh well, could be worse, I've had over a year now without a proper cycle. 

As I was sitting there sucking back 02 this morning I was thinking I just don't know how I'd cope without it!!!

Thanks fellas, kind of sucks have to say, you really do forget just how painful the hits are and how relenting those shadows can be.  Oh well, so long as the 02 keeps working all will be fine :)  Off to have some now, stupid shadows  :-/

Hey Kate. Sorry they're back, but not sorry you're back. I do know what you mean. I've had this wonderful three month remission after several years of not even a day going by without a few hits. Now, I'm afraid I won't know how to handle them when they come back as they most assuredly will. But like you, I've got my O2, my shots, and my sprays in line just in case. I pray you will find remission again right soon! blessings. lance
