went back to the er yest. and i got some dhe through iv. havent had a ha since and my cluster bump on my neck is gone. why didnt i know about this earlier?? anyone else tried or had success with dhe?

Yeah, works like a charm for most. Problem is it wears off pretty quick and you have to keep doing it, which ain't good for you.

In a nutshell, it's always lasted about 36 hours after the last treatment for me.

My experience was a little longer term than all ya'll experienced and I was glad for the interruption. I also use Migranal which is a dhe based abortive spray. It lasts longer than imitrex for me, although doesn't work nearly as fast. blessings. lance

I usually get a day - a day and a half from one use of Migranal
