How is everyone!! Happy Christmas!!

I am sorry to have worried everyone!  I recently moved across town and it took a little longer than I anticipated.  I did finally get a regiment that seemed to work a little bit better.  I am still working on starting the vitamin and O2 regiment, but for the time being I have anti-stress meds, anti-pain meds, anti-HA meds, and was able to get him to double my verapamil dosage, which helped the number of HA per day.  Slowly but surely I am doing better.  I still believe I have switched from episodic to chronic but I still have 5 more months before a proper diagnosis can be made in that regard according to the DSM.

Every little improvement helps.  Good luck with some of the treatments.  Hope you find one that works for you.  It happens.  Just don't get discouraged.
