Well...I haven't been on in a couple of years, hurray for remission! All of you on this site are an absolute blessing. Thanks for your support in the past. This week has been intense shadows at the threshold of full blown attacks. Today my wife and I stocking up on Redbull, melatonin, B5,B6, and talking to the Neuro for the first time in a long time for a Prednisone taper. I know I dont have it as bad as other people here,but I'm still scared of another cycle. Thanks again.

Why B5 (whatever that is) and B6?

Try some huge doses of D3.
