Hello all. Yes I have been MIA since Nov 2011! And yes I was PF until about 2 weeks ago. But, great things have happened for me in that time. First, I quit my job at WalMart(5years) as a manager and took a job driving equipment at the Bosch autoparts plant here in Charleston. And second, my wife gave birth to our second son on May 21, 2012. Cole Mason Cimino. Couldn't be prouder. The beast is back, but he can't beat this proud papa and husband. Hope all is well.

Sorry you're getting hit, but you shouldn't stay away so long. You've been missing all the good gossip.. Now you have two years of reading to catch up on everyone.. :) 

Are you supplied with everything you need to fight the Beast (can't have him interferring with the 2 o'clock feeding and all that).

Good to hear you as well brother. As a matter of fact I remember using  Batch's regimen, if memory serves me. And I do remember thanking him repeatedly for how well it worked. Just did not remember it this time. Guess I am at the store in the mornin to stock up. TY for jogging my memory on that.
