I have to make this short. I am currently experiencing about a 7-8 in terms of pain. I have consumed four monsters trying to get it down with no avail.

I am strongly considering a sumavel shot. Is it generally thought safe to take one when a lot of caffeine has been ingested?

I realize you can't guarantee. I can hardly complete a thought and I'm just wondering if anyone knows if its GENERALLY safe to do or not

You get more caffeine from two Starbucks Grandes than from four Monsters... Go for it...

When you get the beast under control, call your PCP and ask for a lab test for 25(OH)D... That's the serum level metabolite of vitamin D3 that's used to measure its status.

Odds are you're vitamin D3 deficient and that deficiency is contributing to your cluster headaches...
