Title: Proud Dad!

I'm really proud of my eldest son! (I've always been proud of him, but now I have something else to brag on him.) Today he was offered a job with Customs and Border Patrol, serving in Chicago. He's been working toward this for almost a year now, and just today got the word.

With him going into the CBP, Rob a Lt in the USMC, and Mike a Cpl USMCR/Police Officer in Greenville SC, I think their mother did a great job with them! Proud of my guys serving!

I can relate to being a proud parent... congratulations Jerry... such a great proud moment when we find that our kids want to serve bravely... he will do well. Nice to see you are still here... miss you.

Well, there has been a glitch in the proceedings. Rich got a call saying there was a foul-up in the scheduling for his class. He has been put on hold. No one knows for how long, or why. Supposedly they still want him, but don't know how soon. Your government at work!
