I thought I saw Don's picture misidentified by the news agencies as finishing the marathon in 14,597th place, but a correction was printed saying that was wrong. He had finally crossed the finish line to complete last year's race.

Caution in Beantown time.

He posted on Facebook in the past 5 or 10 minutes - so I'm guessing he's fine.

I cheered for my friend at the bottom of heartbreak hill. His leg cramped and he had to walk up. If he continued running he was 10 minutes from the finish line of his first Marathon.

10 minutes later two bombs exploded.
