I certainly can't be 100%sure...but O.U.C.H disbanded and is no longer "in service" if you will, so I'd have to say this a scam.

The INC is a dead give-away. There is no more O.U.C.H and it was never an INC it was an ORG. Also, OUCH has posted on its website it is no longer soliciting.

This has all of the ear markings of a scam. Ignore it and do not contact.

Expect to see further misuse/abuse of the name because there is no "core" in place to defend it. Sad.........

I Googled the address and it appears to be a lawyer office. They have dozens, if not hundreds, of "causes" they want your money to support. No mention of how much is collected, how much is spent on the "cause" or how much is kept by the lawyers.

Their is a person in one of my facebook support groups named "Cluster Aware" I will see if it is the same person....

Yes my Linda, I have all intention of ignoring it... I know that it's a scam... I am in the process now of seeing if either the local station, or a network station is interested in doing something with it...

I talked to the person who sent the email and she was extremely rude to me saying that she was scammed and that she didn't have time to hear my inquiry as in "I don't have time for this crap" as i wasn't accusing her but just telling her about this post and she went on to be rude??
