Title: New at this site but a veteran with CH

To cut a very long story short.

I have been through just about all with cluster headaches.

20 years very heavily medicated episodic with cycles getting slowly but steadily longer and more severe.

After 2 decades my CH changed into chronic case and needless to say the medication was insane at this point and the operations carried out more or less desperate. Nothing was working.

After 2 years being chronic I finally made a conscious choice of trying the alternatives and have been PF ever since - that's over 3 years ago.

It's nothing short of a miracle, to myself and to this condition.

I am from Finland and finnish CH front takes much of my time but plan on popping in here every now and then.

I wish all the best to everyone here and strength to endure to those who suffer right now.

Love & Light

:)

I was just wondering, if you would like to share your alternative
treatment with us here at ch.com! I'm sure lots of folk out there
will be waiting with baited breath.

I had been around Clusterbusters message board when chronic and with their help busting first ended the chronic state and after that attacks altogether. I often curse the years wasted since I talked about it with my doctors who without exceptions turned it down.

After that I have found other options, mainly Vitamin D and liquorice root with skull cap. In my case the conventional medical treatments were gas in the fire now looking back, in short and in long term and all these alternatives more or less brought instant or delayed relief.

Staying PF is hard work but Thank You God I have managed at it so far.

Welcome to our side of the ocean Tony. Clusterbusters has been the "miracle fix" for many on this board, so glad it's given you your life back.

Thanks for the welcome Guiseppi.

I have been watching this site and this board from 1999 but never got around making myself a profile. I thought it's just about time now

:D
