I recently read a thread here on twitching eye when sufferering CH's. I've just read an artical. Eye twitching
is known to be a definite Magnesium deficiency sympton. Is this
True or false. :question

There is evidence linking eye twitching to magnesium deficiency. Just have a look at some of the papers and articles that Google Scholar picks up:

For CH, the link seems to be more between CH and eyelid twitching:

However I didn't spot anything linking all of them together. So whilst magnesium deficiency can result in eye twitching it does not mean that all eye twitching is due to magnesium deficiency.

However I've been taking magnesium supplements ever since I was diagnosed with CH following my neuro's advice.

Thanks Mike, for posting that info.Now any CH sufferer out
there with a twitching eye, could maybe get some relief.The
artical i read said to use Magnesium Citrate.

I've been taking Magnesium supplements and have not noticed my eye twitching during an attack decreasing by any measurable amount. No twitching outside of an attack, twitching during. Not sure there's a causal connection here. blessings. lance
