Title: 3 Days PF on D3!! Then...
Post by Denim101 on Jul 16th, 2013 at 7:02pm
...on the fourth day I woke up with a slight tingling that turned into a burning sensation and I knew it had returned!

I had been taking all the vitamins, except the fish oil, and still getting CHs, but when I was finally able to purchase the fish oil and add it to my d3 regimen, the CHs stopped!!

I think where I went wrong was last night I stayed up too late (3am) and I had a late dinner and I stuffed my face (eating not so good foods, i.e. lots of sugar, Sprite). I usually split the d3 dosage in half and take it once in the morning and evening, but last night I skipped the evening dose and I took the melatonin on a really full stomach and it didn't work, because an hour and a half later, the beast came to check up on me!

This has happened once before in this current cycle, so I think towards the evening I should lighten my dinner and go to sleep earlier. Just a little bit of rambling. Thanks for reading!

One of the recommendations about taking vitamin D is to take it all at once with which ever meal contains the most fat, because D is a fat-soluble vitamin. I also take the fish oil at that time to add to the fat content. The other ingredients I split up through the day. I think by doing this you will get the fastest results. At least I did.

10-15mg of Melatonin seem's to give the best result.

Be cautious of processed foods, they are known to be
real CH triggers in some folk, myself included.
