I have been on the D3 regimen for 5 days and think I have been taking too much Calcium Citrate and Omega 3 fish oil.I have been taking 2 tablets each daily which would be 1000 mg of the calcium and 2400 mg of the fish oil. What is the proper dose? Thanks Ricky

Hi Ricky
You only need take 1/day fish oil, and 500mg of calcium
citrate /day.
