So I got a oxygen tank today set up in my bedroom.  Its set up at 15 LPM the only problem is I don't have a mask.  Obviously I prolly need one but for now I just got a tube that you can breath through the nose.  Can I just straight up breath it through the tube for now?  Or will inhaling through the nose work fine to?

Unfortunatly the 'nasal canula' is almost worthless for CH. You can't get 100% pure O2 with one. Breathing thru the tube is only slightly better. I highly recommend you get one of the masks on the link below.

Until you can get a proper mask you can make a home made set up with a trash bag. Do a search on, home made oxygen mask, on the site to read about it. In the meantime breathing thru the hose is better than nothing.

You can definitely breath straight from the tube with your mouth, just don't take in any outside air. I fold/pinch the tube to conserve while exhaling, the only catch is whether 15 lpm will keep up with your
breathing rate. If it will keep up, you'll get 100% pure oxygen and that will do the trick. I do this at work all the time, it's less obvious to those that won't understand.

You make one of these contraptions out of a clean 40 gal trash bag and pre-fill it for use ahead of time so even a flow rate of 15 liters/minute will work to support hyperventilation.

The important thing is to be breathing fast enough and deeply enough to hyperventilate.  I know that may sound scary... it's not.  I've done it for over 7 years and prior to that, I flew Navy fighters for over 3000 hours...  I sucked down a lot of 100% oxygen at very high flow rates during all that flight time from takeoff to trap aboard ship.
