One of the few night hits I get during the year. About midnight the demon came to visit and I'm still shadowing this morning.

I hate it when this happens. I'm just worn out and can't think.  :( But the barometer is playing havoc right now so ... it's a weird year.. 105 degrees yesterday.

My house is about 70 degrees and I was up with my head in the freezer. I'd get one down and damned if another one wouldn't hit (guess that's why they call them clusters).

Ok, I've whinned. I'm going to the freezer to get an ice bag now. I'm ready for this "high" cycle to be OVER!

Thanks guys -- that helps, but I'm still hurting.. I think I'm ready for winter.. This heat is killing me.. Can't even go outside without getting hit.

I've upped my Vit D, but so far that hasn't helped. Right now I'm just miserable, but this too shall pass... it always does.. Luv ya all... :-*

I'm with you, Barbara. Got two hits last night an hour apart, and they ramped up while I was fiddling with my tank in the dark. Silly me. Not prepared...again. Anyway, I also am ready for winter. Man, I sure regret hearing that you're still getting banged around. Never any fun.

I haven't had problems for awhile, but I've traded the CH for degenerative disk disease in L4 and L5. Makes me walk funny (if I can). Pains in the legs sucks big time, but never as bad as a full blown headbanger.

I'm new to the site and don't yet know any of you, but I do know what you're going through.

I have been enduring ch's for about 15 years now and last night was probably the worst demon that I have ever had.  It was the closest I have ever been to putting my head through a wall!  I was completely debilitated.  The ch hit at around 9pm and I am still shadowing this morning. 

I am hoping to get to know you all since you are the ones who can understand the pain that these cause.  Take care and good luck!

I don't know how to post a link (computer dunce) so look out for the vitamin D3 regime. It's all over the place on these boards so you'll find it easily enough. I'm fairly new here myself so still finding my way around, and started the D3 just over 2 weeks ago. SO MANY sufferers have had success with this. It has to be worth a try. Well, anything is worth a try isn't it, but this sounds so good.
We all know your pain and some times it's good to just vent to someone, without having to try to explain.

The beast is back! I just got hit hard! It woke me up at 2:32 am and i immediately took my last imitrex then i made my way downstairs and chugged two cups of cold black coffee and a scoop of my pre workout. It rose up to a kip10 briefly but leveled out at kip 8 for an hour . Qhy my o God? My eye and nose are still leaking but the pain is bearable. I'm awake by myself and just wanted to make contact with another clusterhead.... This website is like an oasis in hell.

Sorry JMC.. but we all know what you're going thru. Red Bull works better for me than coffee when I get woke up with one and O2 (at least 25 lpm with a NON rebreather mask - look at O2 info on left).

I had my 3 month visit my neuro yesterday and got my botox injections for the migraines so maybe they'll go away. I can handle one or the other, but both together have been really putting me down.

The weather is supposed to start cooling off today (and raining again) so I'm not sure how my head is going to react. Fingers crossed that with the cooler weather.. Maybe...

Oh I did have a surprise Tuesday.. a visit from another Clusterhead that I haven't seen for a while. He did sympathize with me (he's PF right now) and tell me I looked like the devil but he still loved me :).

But I did sleep last night so maybe things are getting better.. PF days to all of you.. :-*

If i could I would make an amendment to Joe's last post about O2.  I would suggest you get a 25 lpm regulator or higher.  If you don't need it you don't have to use it.  At 25 lpm I can kill a hit in 5-8 mins if I don't let it get a good hold first, and at 40 I killed one in 3 mins after fighting it for a while at 25.  It had set in good before I got to the O2.

Good news and bad news today. Had a man coming to brush hog my place today and it's pouring down rain - that's the bad news...

the good news is I'm PF this morning. Yep - not even a shadow.. go figure that one. And it's pouring down rain - thinking of an ark.... that much rain.

When I went to bed last night I had a nagging shadow, but woke up this morning without anything. I'm going to quit trying to figure these *(&& things out. But I'll take PF when I get it and enjoy the devil out of it. And wish the same for all of you. Happy dancing Barb today...  :-*
