Looking for anyone in las vegas that may be out of cycle that has O2 i could borrow? I have no insurance, no doctor anymore, apria healthcare wont do it without insurance. i am dying over here. Can anyone help out?

Check with other O2 suppliers.  I've only had insurance for 2 out of the last 10 + yrs with CH.  I've actually gotten better pricing because I was paying cash than it would have been with insurance.

Find a welding supply and lease/rent/purchase a tank.  You might have to transport it back and forth to fill it, but it is even less expensive than the Med O2, and it comes from the same tank and same fill nozzle.  Don't tell them you are breathing it.  Raising Koi fish oxygen is very helpful.  Perhaps you are starting a new hobby.

Not sure what to think of this plea for "HELP!"...was this sincere or a troll?

This member has been registered for about two years and never posted until this day.  Then about 15 minutes later, copy/pasted the exact same on a different board.

S/he never signed online since to read our offers of help, nor read the PM sent offering one-on-one help within Las Vegas.  Hmmmm :-/

It's not everyday I would be willing to lend a complete stranger my one and only o2 tank, but the offer was made.
