This video includes some interesting facts about headache disorders, lack of education provided to neurologists and limited supply of headache specialists in the USA.

45 years???  This was a Medical doctor?  I know that THAT many years ago there was virtually no information about CH, but 26 years ago when I had my very first CH, I went straight to my medical books and looked up my symptoms under "HEADACHES" and diagnosed myself.  Then it was off to see Lee Kudrow who gave me a formal diagnosis.   This man had far more access to medical info than I did with my Merck Manual.  Just makes me scratch my head.  :o
