Title: Any cluster sufferers in Bulgaria? Post by BULGARIA on Sep 16th, 2013 at 5:55am
Hi to all, newbie here, 45 year old English man living in Bulgaria. Been suffering with clusters the last 15 years, having a awful time of it at the mo....Mine come on usually at the end of April for around 3-4 weeks, but this year I am having them again now.. I take Zomic when they wake me up at 1am every morning, put my hand over my right eye with a bag of ice also on my right side and pray the pill works, and within 15 minutes I am back to normal, although just exhausted. They ruin my social life, any kind of alcohol triggers it and I get the popping and snapping at the base of my head when in my cycle. I am praying it ends soon. What seem to also help me whilst having a Kip5-8 is stretching out my arms (as if doing an aeroplane) maybe that helps release the pressure, not too sure. To each and everyone of you out there..... you have my sympathy.... and if anyone else I talk to says ' oh, I get bad headaches so I know what you mean' I think I might strangle them!!
Any one else in Bulgaria? botevo |

Hi, [smiley=wave.gif]
As Bob said, click on the "where we live " tag and you will find others near you. But keep coming back here and you'll have all the friends you need no matter where we are. Read all the boards and you'll find many helpful hints and tips on how to cope with the pain, and the assurance that you are not alone. Maz. |
