My Neuro has been awesome.  I know we often find frustration with the medical community, but I feel fortunate to have found someone who listens and is open to suggestions.  She said the D3 regiment was very interesting and that I should definitely continue it.  She mentioned shes going to look into this site and mention the regiment to her other CH patients.

Shes also a big O2 pusher, which I find refreshing.  If anyone else is in the area and wants her info please PM me.

I think its only right to share some good news, I know many suffer with CH and don't find a good Doc who is open minded.  Keep searching, you will find a good one.
